"UNDERTAKING"

I, Mrs. Parvin Akter, wife of Md. Nurul Islam Khan, Vill. Gulisha, P.O. Farakkabad, P.S. and Dist. Chandpur, Nationality - Bangladeshi, Religion - Islam, Profession - Business. I do making an Affidavit in this connection that under the Dhaka City Corporation in the Gulisthan Old Market Hockers Market 462 No. Serial 458 No. shop actual allotted receiver/owner and possession holder and remaining the same and after paid of the rent of the said shop and running of my business. At present due to my financial problem, the possession shop of the said shop to my proposed person Nur Mohammad Khan, son of late Kamtab Khan, mother - late Hafeza Khatun, Vill. Gulisha, P.O. Farakkabad, P.S. and Dist. Chandpur was transferred to him by  Affidavit. Instead of my name, to the name of my proposed person, if be made mutation and as per rule of the mutation for the case of its fee, the shop rent of 12(twelve) months and equal of money (non-refundable) shall be bound to make deposit to the City Corporation. To the name of my proposed person and about the mutation of the said shop if be found any kind of fluctuation in future for this I shall be personally liable for it and after made cancel of the order of the City Corporation and to my proposed person after made of termination, there could be made allotment of the shop to any other person. In it I and my proposed any person, heirs, will not have any kind of demand and objection and could not be take shelter of law or if be made such that will be neglected by the court.

Therefore in self-willing, in full of sense, in good physic without any influence of others was signed of own name of this Undertaking.
