AFFIDAVIT OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT

I, MD. SIRAJ ULLAH, son of Md. Abdur Rahman, Age - 62 years of Village- Sayadpur, Post office - Dattapara, Police Station - Lakshmipur, District - Lakshmipur, Bangladesh, by faith - Muslim, by Profession - Business and Nationality - Bangladeshi by birth, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows :

1.                                         That I am a permanent resident and citizen of Bangladesh by birth.

2.                                         That MD. SYFUL ALAM, date of birth- 10th October, 1984 is my younger son and he is the holder of Bangladesh International Passport No.- X - 0449880. Who is desirous to get future education in MODUL, ASUTRIA.

3.                                         That I unequivocally declare assures, undertake and guarantee to remit towards his Tuition's fee.

4.                                         That I am financially sound and solvent enough and I have provided all his account balance and further financial assistance if he need to study in Austria.

5.                                         That I have deposited in total 6,52,069.00 BDT (Approx. EURO 7313) on his account named Md. Syful Alam, Saving A/C. No.- 0043-34047642 on National Bank Limited, Mohakhali Branch, so that he can allow all his expenses regarding his study in AUSTRIA.

6.                                         That I am financially sound and solvent enough and I have submitted all my supporting papers that will proof my business authenticity and legal acceptance.

          In this regard I have completed all my papers and other documents along with German Translated Copies that are mentioned in the Latter and now am sending it to you.

          I hope you will verify all these papers and take necessary steps to issue the Visa in my favor and oblige thereby.

Subject : Declaration of Financial Support.

Dear Sir,

          In reference to your letter Number- MA 20-9/2736154-01-H, dated- 25/02/2006 I would like to bring to your kind notice that I MD. SIRAJ ULLAH of Village - Sayadpur, Post office - Dattapara, Police Station - Lakshmipur, District - Lakshmipur, Bangladesh.

I am a businessman. I am doing business, among others in Pubali Jute Mills Limited for long time. In support of my financial ability I am stating that I have been paid a total amount of BDT. 3,16,396.00 only on account of supply of Raw Jute to Pubali Jute Mills Limited only during the last financial year 2005-2006. On the other hand I supplied spare parts to Pubali Jute Mills Limited in the name of my business organization, M/S. Jesmine Enterprise and M/S. Alam Brothers and I have been paid BDT. 4,25,264.00 only and BDT. 2,90,288.00 only respectively against supply business during the same financial year. I have also some other business.

I like to mention here that I am a tax payer to the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

MD. SYFUL ALAM is my son. I have ability and I do hereby undertake the responsibility to bear the educational expenses of my son if he gets visa to go to Austria and study there.
