Subject: Regarding issue of International Passport in favour of Infant  Female

             Child SARITA HOSSAIN.

On the above Subject it is directed that the learned Family Court and Assistant Judge, 3rd Court, Dhaka has appointed MR. MOHAMMED ZAKIR HOSSAIN son of Late Mohammed Abdul Quayum and  his wife SABIRA HOSSAIN, 70/11 North Mugdapara (2nd Floor), Dhaka as the legal guardian of the infant female child named SARITA HOSSAIN.

2. In this circumstances the Ministry of Home Affairs is issued no Objection  in issuing International Passport in favour of the above child.
