Dear Sir,
I beg most respectfully to state that
21 visa given by you have been returned without allowing those in spite of two
times submission for stamping in Saudi Embassy. It has been mentioned as a
cause that Demand Letter along with occupation
is necessary at the first flight we are sixteen in total including
Butcher-4, Labour –10 and Heavy Driver-2, firstly we confirm ticket on 14th
August, 2001 AD and 5 Butchers on 21 August, 2001. But unfortunately we confirm
our flight on 21 August, 2001AD for sixteen persons and on 24 August 2001 AD
for surplus five persons because of second time returning of those. Saudi
Embassy in Dhaka urges Demand Letter. We have
sent a copy of Demand Letter though fax and courier service to you. As soon as
possible if you send the Demand Letter we will be able to have visa stamped.
Your total visa – 34 within those on behalf of our Rafique & Sons
International – RL No. 343, you have pleaded for 21. Within those Butcher-9
Labour-10 and Heavy Driver –2 = in total 21. These occupations should be
mentioned in the Demand Letter and their salaries, allowances and other
benefits must be mentioned as well.
We
are cordially sorry for disturbing you. Saudi Embassy in Dhaka
has written the remark against this visa whose photocopy is being sent too.
Thus,
preparing the Demand Letter with occupations and attesting it from foreign
affairs send its main copy through courier to the address of Rafique &
Sons, please. Moreover, I request you to send the photocopy to Saudi Embassy, Dhaka by fax (No. 8823616).
