DEED OF AGREEMENT OF LEASE OF SHOP ON "SUMON SUPER
MARKET" 33, BANGABANDHU
AVENUE, DHAKA-1000
The said
Deed of Lease Agreement is signed between the two following Parties on 26th
October, 1998 A.D. on Monday.
M/S. SUMON TRADING
CORPORATION LIMITED, 33, Bangabandhu Avenue, Dhaka will be treated as the
"1st Party" Land Lord or Lesser.
AND
Mr. MD. SHAHIDUL ISLAM,
son of Mr. Md. Ful Miah & Mr. MD. KAMAL UDDIN, son of Md. Ful Miah,
address of both are 121, South Mugdapara,
Dhaka-1214 will be treated as the Lessee. The word of lease will mean heir of
the shop and his authorized representatives.
Where as the
Lesser M/S. SUMON TRADING CORPORATION LIMITED is willing to give lease
the purchased commercial building in the name of "SUMON SUPER
MARKET" under Motijheel Police Station at 33, Bangabandhu Avenue, Dhaka.
Whereas the
1st Party agrees to give lease the combined shop room of the
following 113 and 114 No. Schedule. The 2nd Party thereby agrees to
take the lease the shop so, the both Parties signed the said Deed of Agreement.
