"UNDERTAKING"

I, Nur Mohammad Khan, son of late Kamtab Khan, mother - late Hafeza Khatun, Vill. Gulisha, P.O. Farakkabad, P.S. and Dist. Chandpur, Nationality - Bangladeshi, Religion - Islam, Profession - Business. I do making an Affidavit in this connection that under the Dhaka City Corporation in the Gulisthan Old Market Hockers Market 462 No. Serial 458 No. shop, after made deduction of the previous owner and made of mutation by my name and with the fixed rule will be engaged to the agreement with Dhaka City Corporation. With the previous owner of the said shop, any kind of dues, if be made demand by the Corporation, I shall be paid of it and in the fixed place and after construction of the brick built market, by the City Corporation, rest of the fixe money of the shop and as per rule within the fixed period after made payment and take of shop allotment shall be bound unless in later period in the case of shop allotment, my demand shall be treated as neglected and about the mutation of the said shop

 if be found any kind of fluctuation in future for this I shall be personally liable for it and after made of cancel the City Corporation Mutation Order and from the said shop after made termination me, the shop could be made allotment to any other place. In it by me and my owners and possession holders any one can not be made any kind of demand objection and could not be taken the shelter of the act and if be made same that will be neglected by all of the court.

Therefore in self-willing, in full of sense, in good physic without any influence of others was signed of own name of this Undertaking.
