COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Workers who
requested to return to their country of origin before the expire date of the
Employment contract
Or
Workers who had been terminated by the employer due to the
breach of the employment Contract regarding poor disciplinary and performances
at work, the company will impose RM 5.00 per day per head as company revenue
loss to the said worker for the remaining days of the employment contract.
2. The employee cannot be absent form work
without the employer's prior approval If so, the company will impose RM 8.00
per day per head as accommodation, electricity and water charges to the said
worker until he reports to his duties/work.
3. The employee must be punctual and reliable on his work.
4. The reserves the right to adjust
(increase/decrease) the daily wages rate of the employee depending on the
employee's individual performances on their work/duties.
5. Strangers are not allowed in the
premises such as hostel and company houses especially women. Any infringement
will be sent to the police for further action.
6. The employees are not allowed to drink
liquor/any alcohol dirngks and gambling during the entire period of employment
contract, be it at site or hostel. First time offenders will be liable to a
fine of RM 200.00 whereas workers who are caught the second time will be
terminate from his employment contact and send back to his country of origin on
his own cost after he had pay back all the relevant cost to the employer (such
as permit cancellation, levy advance ect).
7. Company's working tools are to be well kept and taken good
care of......
8. The company will provide on
(1) unit of safety helmet to worker upon their arrival. The workers are
required to take care and bring it to wherever they are to be transfer. Any
additional request for safety helmet shall be borne by the particular employee.
9.
Must follow the supervisor's instruction without
question, cooperate working and not reject any work given to do. He must be
able to complete the works which has been assigned to him.
10. If any misunderstanding and problem rise,
is must be reported and discussed with the supervisor/employer properly. Going
on strike on purpose, instigate the others to work slowly is strictly
prohibited.
11. Keep the working place and hostel, toilet clean and tidy at
all time.
Pleases take note that all the
above penalty charges/fine will be imposed to the said worker Monthly wages
without given any further notice or warning letter and will be imposed at the
absolute discretion of the company.
The company will take
disciplinary for any infringement of the above and will send the said worker
back to his county of origin at their own cost. The worker shall fully repay
back all the advance taken such as levy & processing fees, permit
cancellation fees. etc.
I acknowledge receipts of the
company rules and regulations. I have read and fully understood all the clauses
and agreed to pay all expenses incurred (as per employer's calculation) to
return to my home country if I have committed any of the company offence.

10. Termination
of service
The
employer reserves the right to terminate this agreement by serving one day's
notice to the employee on the occurrence of any of the following events: a. If
the employee breaches any of the restriction in clause 9 above or is convicted
of any offence under Law of Malaysia.
b. If
the employee's employments pass is with drawn by the Malaysian authority for
any reason whatsoever.
c. If
the employee is absent from work for more than one (1) working day without a
reasonable excuse or permission form the employer.
d. If the
employee is discovered to be under 18 years of age.
e. If doctor
certified the employee medically unfit for employment.
f. If the
employee has a lazy working attitude, disobey supervisor/employer instruction.
11. The
employee agreed that the employer will safe keep his passport during the entire
Contract period (3years).
12. The employee shall read and fully
understand this agreements before signing it.
