Subject: Prayer for
a long term credit facility of Tk. 1,755.65 lac as long term loan against Allied
Auto Bricks Ltd. to set up an automatic brick manufacturing project.
Dear Sir,
On behalf of the mentioned company, I
undersigned would like to let you know that the above mentioned company has
been incorporated with the registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms as a
private limited company. The company has been formed generally to different
manufacturing, export-import, stock and trading business.
At present the company has decided to set up
an automatic brick field project at Vill. Shonatola,
Chabaagan, P.O. Kaliakoir, P.S. Kaliakoir,
Dist. Gazipur on 10 bigha land. The
project has been designed manufacture 100,000 pieces uniform quality bricks per
day at 100% capacity. It is assumed
that 70% capacity of the proposed
project will be utilized during 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd
year respectively.
Total fixed cost has been estimated at Tk. 2,508.07 lac to implement the project.
But at present the company financially is not in position to complete this work
solely. So, the company needs Bank's financial assistance. The company will be
able to implement the same if Tk. 1,755.65
lac as long term project loan at 70:30
debt-equity ratio is sanctioned by the bank. The company is agreed to fulfill
necessary mortgage and documentations requirement/formalities and other terms
& conditions in accordance with IDCO's credit norms in this regard.
On implementation of the proposed project
sales revenue Tk. 766.38 lac, Tk. 952.86 lac and Tk. 1,127.38 lac and profit Tk. 414.37
lac, Tk. 555.96 lac & Tk. 704.26 lac will be earned in 1st, 2nd
& 3rd year respectively. The project will generate sufficient cash flow to
meet up debt obligation of IDCOL. On implementation there will be created
employment opportunity for 170 persons (excluding sponsor directors) and will
contribute a remarkable amount to G.D.P (Gross Domestic Product) of the
country.
