of Agreement
We are both Al
wasem Fashion Co. and Maliha Knit Fashion Ltd agreed on this contract regarding
that, for the next 3 years we will do buy- sell as per the market price the garment
product as follows as is needed in the name of client’s company Al- Wasem
Fasion Co from the garments Maliha Knit Fashion Ltd. Description of the
products: (1) Mans Pants & Shirt (2) Ladies Pant & Shirt (3) Mans Polo
Shirt & T- Shirt (4) Ladies Plazu (5) Mans Trouser (6) Ladies T- Shirt the
client can return the products as because of the reasons: (1) If the color of
the cloth is changed. (2) If any error is seen or torn or defects regarding
sewing of the sewed cloths. (3) If change is made on which is instructed. (4)
If the product is found less in counting. (5) If any change is made in the
quality of the contracted cloths. (6) If the product is not delivered in
appropriate time.

Terms
and Conditions of in favor of the Garments Owner (Seller) Party:
(1)
The buyer can cancel order if wanted before 24 hours of the
ordering products. (2) The buyer will be obliged to pay the price of the
product if the mentioned product is not taken after 24 hours of ordering the
products. Otherwise, the owner (seller) can cut the price of the ordered
product from the deposit of seller. If the buyer wants to get the order
products in due payment, then there will not able to order more product in
price than that of made deposit in payment but if advance is made more money
than then it can be done. (4) There will have to pay 50% taka before making
dresses after order the product. (5) If the product is made QC in cartoon then
there will have to take pay full amount of taka. (6) The owner is not liable if
the product is not delivered in on time as because of the problems of the
state. The buyer has to be patient. If the advance deposited money wanted to
get refund before the specified time period then it can be done by discussion.
The deed of agreement will validated for 3 (three) years and as deposited
10,00000 (ten lakhs) taka in advance the agreement is made based on the terms
and conditions as above mentioned.
