On 05/06/15 AD on the basis of under
mentioned terms & conditions both the parties being consented have prepared
and signed this deed of agreement.
Terms &Conditions
1.
This deed of agreement
will be effective from 5th June 2015 AD and its duration will be
prevailed for 02 (Two) year viz up to 30th June 2017 AD. After completion the duration of this deed of
agreement by the consent of both parties this deed of agreement might be
renewed.
2.
The rent of this house
has been affixed TK. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) only per month.
3.
The
2ndparty will pay the money of house rent and other bills (As such-
gas bill and
electricity bill) within 5thday of each English calendar month to
the 1stparty.
4.
The final decision in
respect of renewal or non-renewal of this deed of agreement before at least 30 (Thirty) day of completion the duration of
this deed of agreement. In this respect the 1stparty (Owner
of the house) will inform the 2ndparty in written in
regard of renewal or non-renewal of this deed
of agreement. If the tenant is desirous to leave the possession of this house
before completion the duration of this agreement. He must have to inform the
matter to the owner before one month.
5.
The
1stparty preserves the right for non-renewal of this agreement for
any reason for her own requirement.

6.
The 2ndparty
will pay the gas, water
and electricity bill by the rate affixed" by the concerned authority.
7.
At the time of receiving the possession of this residence
which the facility of fittings and equipment
the 2nd party will use the same and if he harms due to his negligence use in this case the 2nd party
will repaid/re-establish the same by his own cost and will reside therein dealing a good
behavior as an honest neighbor - the 1st party expect and believe
the same.
8.
The 2nd party will use the scheduled house for
residence purpose, he will not rent/sub-let the house to any other person.
9.
If the 2nd party does not pay the money of rent as per terms
& conditions or violates any condition
of this agreement, it will be considered that the relation between tenant and owner has been isolated
and the 2nd party will be ejected from the house and steps will be taken
before the eye of law.

knowing the concept and inner significance of conditions being influenced by
none have signed on this deed of agreement.
