Part-A:    Cost of materials to be purchased from Bakhrabad Gas Store existing line to the outlet of the matter. The rates are approximate and subject to Bakhrabad ex-store price and demand note.

Part-B:    Cost of materials to be purchased 70/20 PSI Gas line materials from the outlet of the meter to different utilization points (May be supplied by the Customer) the materials to be Bakhrabad specification.

07	Except the above materials if any item required at the time of work the owner will arrange to supply the same as per requirement without loss of time

Part-C:    Cost of labour charge against Part-A (Bakhrabad Existing Line) and Part- B (Internal line) House Line.

Laying of pipe complete with trench cutting, Pucca/RCC cutting, cleaning, coating, wrapping, normal back filling etc. as per specification of Bakhrabad Gas Co. for 4¢¢ & 8¢¢  Dia Pipe three kilometer long

Terms and Conditions:

01.  All the works will be carried out as per Bakhrabad Specification and direction.

02.  The above quantities are approximate and subject to actual work basis.

03.  40%  advance to be paid by the owner against Labour charge at the time of signing of the Agreement.

04.  4 month time to be required for completion of the works after approval by the Bakhrabad Office.

05.  Bakhrabad security money to be deposited as 1/3^rd cash and 2/3^rd by Bank guarantee as per Bakhrabad Gas System Ltd.
