07	Except the above materials if any item required at the time of work the owner will arrange to supply the same as per requirement without loss of time

Part-C:    Cost of labour charge against Part-A 4¢¢ & 8¢¢ 3.1 Kilometer Long (Bakhrabad Existing Line) and Part- B (Internal line) House Line.

Laying of pipe complete with trench cutting Bakub & Labor, Pucca/RCC cutting, cleaning, costing, wrapping for tap, normal back filling etc. as per specification of Bakhrabad Gas Co. for 4¢¢ & 8¢¢ 3.1 Kilometer Long  Dia Pipe

Terms and Conditions:

01.  All the works will be carried out as per Bakhrabad Specification and direction.

02.  The above quantities are approximate and subject to actual work basis.

03.  40%  advance to be paid by the owner against Labour charge at the time of signing of the Agreement.

04.  4 month time to be required for completion of the works after approval by the Bakhrabad Office.

05.  Bakhrabad Gas Co. pay to security money to be customer deposited as 1/3^rd cash and 2/3^rd by Bank guarantee 5 year as per Bakhrabad Gas System Ltd & Law.
