represented by its owned General Manager, “Aisha
Salim Hamad Al-Nofli)” a, a Oman National, here in after to as the FIRST PARTY, and

manpower, employment & Training Government of Bangladesh, represent by its Proprietor Md. Tipu Sultan Here in
after referred to as the SECOND PARTY.
Having entered into an un understanding to engage in
the business of providing jobs to female domestic workers from Bangladesh to
the Oman do here by agree on the following terms and conditions.
1. Both the parties have signed this agreement under the
framework of the Bangladesh Government’s
Circular No.: MOEWOF-5/A-2/2005/1628
DATED 2-9 2007 and agree to observe the provisions contained there of;
2. That the second Party will supply female domestic workers,
trained on all types of domestic household by government-owned
government-approved training centre to the First Party for employment with
employers in the OMAN.
3. That the visa of the housemaid and related formalities like
issuance of visa and subsequent renewals of
residence permits, etc. Shall be arranged by the first Party who shall
also behalf relevant fees thereof.
4. The
minimum age of the female domestic worker shall by 25 years.
5. The Salary of the housemaids as per experience of the
worker, but not below OMR (Oman real) 90 Ninety real per month;
6. The First Party shall provide the Second Party with full
particulars of the employer, like name, complete address, phone/mobile phone
numbers, fax number, composition of the household members and description of
duties the housemaid is supposed to perform, like cooking, cleaning ironing,
child care, etc.
7. That prior to recruitment and departure of the female
domestic worker, the Second Party shall complete all formalities like medical
examination, reparation of passport, the every year with return air ticket for
visiting home country;

8. Free food, housing, clothing, police verification
orientation briefing, etc. of the worker. The Second Party shall strongly brief
worker about legal consequences of running away from job, and fully as sure the
worker that in case of any problem the Metter will be resolved by the First
Party and if needs be, by co-operation the Bangladesh mission. She must also be
briefed of the ill consequence of any allure, especially by Bangladesh workers
living in OMAN;
9. That in case where the housemaid is found to medically unfit
or pregnant after her arrival in OMAN, the Second party shall pay for the
repatriation cost for bringing her back to Bangladesh.
10. That the Party shall, in co-operation with the employer,
arrange a comprehensive insurance for the domestic worker as per statutory
relation of the Government of OMAN and all the initial and subsequent premiums
shall be paid by employer and ensured by the First Party.
11. The First Party shall get the visa, once issued and the
Service contract of the worker duly attested by the Bangladeshi Embassy/Consulate
be for dispatching the same to the Second Party;
12. The First Party shall monitor the welfare of the employed
Bangladeshi female domestic worker and ensure her rights and privileges during
the tenure of her employment and maintain liaison with Bangladeshi
Embassy/Consulate as and when necessary, for any incumbencies/problems;
13. In case of any abuse of the housemaid by the employer, the
First Party shall arrange transfer of the housemaid to any other sponsor under
same terms of contract;
14. The First Party shall send the Service contract, prior to the
departure of the female domestic worker from Bangladesh, duly signed by the
employer and attested by the Bangladesh Embassy/Consulate by OMAN, and that
such service contract shall include;
* Minimum
contract period of 2 (two) Year;
* Agreed
salary but not below OMR 90 real per month.
* Paid
leave of 1(One) month health care facilities, etc;
* Return
air after completion of job contract;
* One-day
weekly holiday or overtime pay in her salary;
* Provision
of sick leave with pay;
* In case of death, provision of transportation of dead body
and personal belongings to home country at employer’s cost;
* Commitment
to treat the female domestic worker per Islamic Shariah;

15. The Probationary period of the worker shall be first three
months. If within this period, the female domestic worker is not adjusted due
reasons of her own or of her employer, the First Party shall try to engage her
with other employer. If all such efforts within the probationary period of 90
days fail, she shall be send back to Bangladesh at the expenses of the Second
Party;
16. The
First party shall always a most the housemaid to change her sponsors;
17. Either
party can terminate the contract at 1(one) month’s notice;
18. In the case of any of dispute, both the parties shall try to
solve it amicably or agree to arbitration of the Bangladesh Embassy, if needs
be or resolve the issue as per OMAN Labour Law;
Both the parties have agreed, signed and sealed the
agreement in two original copies on the day of 15th June 2016 each
retaining a copy in original, after being duly attested witnessed by Notary
Public in Bangladesh and appropriate official of OMAN Chamber of commerce
and/or foreign Ministry/Labour Ministry of OMAN and the Bangladesh
Embassy/Consulate.
