Ten Lac) only on behalf of SAMKO TRADING, Prop: Mahmuda Akter of 73, Kakrail,
Room No- 6/9 (6th Floor), Eastern Commercial Complex, Dhaka-1000.
WHEREAS, SAMKO TRADING, Prop: Mahmuda Akter of 73, Kakrail, Room No- 6/9 (6th
Floor), Eastern Commercial Complex, Dhaka-1000, (hereinafter called ‘The Purchaser’) and
whereas it has been stipulated by you that the said purchaser shall furnished
you with and unconditional Bank Guarantee from a recognized schedule bank in
Bangladesh for the sum Tk. 1,10,00,000/-
(Taka One Crore Ten Lac) only as security for purchase of reinforcing bar [60
Grade and 40 Grade Bar] from Rahim Steel
Mills co. (Pvt.) Ltd. compliance with their obligation with you.
AND WHEREAS we, National Bank Limited, Kawran Bazar
Branch,7-9 BTMC Bhaban, Kawran Bazar, Dhaka, Bangladesh (hereinafter called The
‘Bank’) as a banker of your purchaser have agreed to give you an unconditional
Bank Guarantee on behalf of the dealer.

WHEREAS we, National Bank Limited, Kawran Bazar
Branch, 7-9 BTMC Bhaban, Kawran Bazar, Dhaka, Bangladesh hereby affirm that we
are guarantor and responsible to you unconditionally on behalf of your
purchaser : Samko Trading up to a total amount of Tk.
1,10,00,000/- (Taka One Crore Ten Lac) only and we undertake to pay you
upon your first written demand, without any cavil and argument, any sum or sums
within the limits of Tk. 1,10,00,000/- (Taka
One Crore Ten Lac) only as aforesaid, without your needing to prove or to show
grounds or reasons for your demand or the sum specified therein.
Notwithstanding anything
contained herein before, our liability under this guarantee is restricted to Tk. 1,10,00,000/- (Taka One Crore Ten
Lac) only and this Guarantee is valid till 18-08-2015.

Notwithstanding
anything to the contrary contained herein above:
1. This instrument set forth
the terms and conditions of the undertaking of National Bank Limited and such
undertaking shall not in any way be modified, amended, or amplified by
reference to any document or instrument referred to herein or to which this
guarantee relates.
2. This guarantee cannot be
assigned without National Bank’s prior consent or acknowledgment.
3. Every demand made
hereunder shall be in writing for specific amounts and claims (if any) shall be
addressed to the Manager, National Bank Limited, Kawran Bazar Branch, 7-9 BTMC Bhaban, Kawran Bazar,
Dhaka, Bangladesh. Such claims should be presented along with original
instrument and shall be delivered at National Bank Limited, Kawran Bazar
Branch, 7-9 BTMC Bhaban, Kawran Bazar, Dhaka, Bangladesh on or before the end
or working hours of the date 18-08-2015.
4. This guarantee shall be
valid up 18-08-2015. The guarantee shall not thereafter be of any force or
avail in law (whether or not returned to us original) except in respect of any
demand made by you on or before the close of business of the date 18-08-2015.
5. This guarantee shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of People’s Republic of
Bangladesh.
