A Doctor

As the advice of my doctor, I should not to be worried, not to be made sound speech or not to  do any kind of tension. Even he has told me to restrain from the work. I am a Govt. Service holder. Much of my hard labor money which I have made save from the education expenses of my sons and from the monthly expenses of my family and after save those in each month and I am running with my studies through the paying of Tk.500/- tuition fees in each month. There is only one semester in due to my studies. It has been come to me of the second show cause notice as to the spoil of everything in my life. There has been much increased of my higher tension after got of the second show cause notice which has given to me and same as the pain of my chest has also increased. I do attend to my classes in 4/5 days in a week from the period of 5.30 hours evening to 10.00 hours night after end of my office work taking with a tired body and feeling of much weakness on my health from my 50 years old age and in a word, how much trouble I do face in it, I get easily illness when I do remember of it. Mover over, the version of your given shows cause notice is treated with me as like the stroke of a sharp weapon upon a dead body.  If there is made me suspend at the last stage of my education life, then I may fall in any accident at any time as I am a heart disease attacked person and even I may die from it. It is needed to mention here that I am hereby ready to give an undertaking about the fact that I shall not do for any work about anti-discipline to the University.

Therefore, I fervently request to your honor that you will be kind enough to consider about my  afore-mentioned age, about my illness, expense of hard labor money, my mental pain and above all the word of my  suddenly death and considering all, you will surely to make me release  from the second show notice and enable me the chance for to complete of my rest one   semester and to be  filled up my required studies in this age and oblige thereby.
