(4) Before pass before the year 2002 (of which is to be applicable) and after deduction of excess subject and in other subject received total number 10% would be taken of which will be the highest 100. In the case of the students of the year 2001 and 2002 received GPA would be multiplied by 20(twenty) of which would be the highest 100. In one subject 'F' received subject, after made deduction, rest 7(seven) subject total grade point would be divided by 7 and would be find out about the average number. This number would be multiplied by 20 and would be determined about the subject matter number.

(5) In the written admission test total number would be 80 and time will be one hour. Number of the admission test, number would be distributed as per group in the following manner.

(6) In the S.S.C. Examination from the Science Group coming students could be take admission in the Humanities/Business Education Group. For to admission, Bengali, English, General Mathematics, Social Science and General Knowledge, there would be given about 80 numbers.

(7)S.S.C./equivalent examination total number 100, total number in the admission test 80 and elective (specilialised education) after deduction of 20 number, must be on the basis of the merit list, there would be made admission. 20 number of the specialised subject, elective subject and 4th subject grade point after addition would be received.

(8) Passed before the examination of 2001 candidates received number would be multiplied by 1.25 and would be determined about the received number of the admission test.

(9) From the Open University of Bangladesh S.S.C. Pass students will be in the range of getting admission.

(10) Selected Students in the admission test, according to the board given time table, after deposit of the fixed fees, there could be get admission in the eleventh class.

(11) As per syllabus during the period of admission and as the matter of elective subject, group wise from the "KA" and "KHA" clusters fixed number of subject would be selected in correctly. Otherwise, in the eleventh class, there would not be given of registration and the said male female student could not be participated in the Higher Secondary Education.

7. Through the Code Number, there would be made evaluation of the written admission test answer sheet. In which day, the admission test would be held, in that day, the answer sheet would be made evaluation and the result would be published.

8. Advance announced total seat number equal number candidate of the relevant educational institution, as per merit one of the list and total seat number excess 50% seat and for it, as per serial of the merit, there would be made a waiting list. Both of the list would be given in the Notice Board including the total score in same of time.

9. As per serial of the merit, from the merit list within the fixed period, there would be made admission of the students. After expiry of the fixed period, if the seat is found as vacant, in those of vacant seat, students would be made admission from the waiting list.

10. Original Academic Transcript (Educational Evaluation Sheet)/Marks Sheet and issued Testimonial by the Education Institution Head and at any stage, there could not be made admission of the students.

By the College Rules for Fee depositing:

(a)
All of the deposit able Fee must be deposited to the favor of the Secretary of the Board in any branch of the Sonali Bank (Secretary, B.I.S.E., Dhaka).

(b)
In the front part of demand draft, just after written in clearly for the name of the Receiver that means Secretary B.I.S. E. Dhaka, the name of the money depositor to the bank in clearly.

(c)
In the opposite page of the demand draft, there would be the signature including the seal of the principal of the educational organization.

(d)
Without the demand draft, cash money, pay order, postal order, treasury challan and money order will not be accepted at any stage.
14. From the College branch of the Dhaka Education Board and as per mentioned time table, under the control of the board, admitted students, there would be distributed of the I.F.M. To the entire principal of the of the relevant educational principal, there would be collected of the S.I.F.

16. Academic Transcript/Mark Sheet, Registration Fee and Taught List (Admission List) Depositing:
(a)    Under the control of this Education Board, to the relevant educational organization, without the late fee, admitted students 2(two) copies of taught list(as per fixed chart) and original academic transcript/mark sheet to the college inspector and the registration fee and other fee of its demand draft would be submitted to the board within the dated 07/09/2002.

(b)   Including the late Fee documents of the admitted students in same of the rule and within the dated 28/09/2002 there would be submitted to the board.

It is mentioned that,

(1)   Original academic transcript/mark sheet in its opposite page, there would be given of the college seal. Humanities, Science, Business Education Section, admitted students original academic transcript/mark sheet group wise will be made separate packet  and after of it all the packet (three) would be tied jointly and to be made one of the packet. Upon the packet, name of the college, address, college road and group wise academic transcript/mark sheet number would be mentioned and would be fixed a label and similarly one of other label would be kept into the packet.

(2)   In the case of filled up S.I.F. depositing, there would be followed of the similar process. In this case, in the case of two labels, there would be mentioned of the number of the S.I.F.

17. In the journal of the list for the name of the students(taught list), in separately group wise number of the students including total number of the students would be mentioned. Within the fixed dated, if it is not be sent to the taught list board, there would be treated as the students has been made admission in late and as per of it, the late fee would be given. Besides due to the fact of late, if there is created any kind of complexity about registration of the students, the board authority would not to be borne any liability of it. Relevant college authority will be fully responsible of it.

18. In the Eleventh and Twelfth Class of the male female students, there would be presented at least 75% class. Presence about less of 75% but not less than 60%, such like of any student would be considered about non-collegiate. In this case, there would be deposited of the students about non-collegiate fee about 20.00 (twenty) taka rate to the board including the examination fee. Present about less of 60% and such like of the students would be treated as dis-collegiate. Such kinds of students could not be participated in any  of the Higher Secondary Examination.

19. Without the previous permission, from the out side of Bangladesh coming or any of foreign board or similar institution, there would not be admitted to the passed students. Such kinds of students must be applied within the fixed dated for admission.

20. In any approval/acknowledgement less college and at any stage, there could not be made admission of the male female students. Besides, in the approved group/subject, there could not be admitted of the students. In any group of the permission less college/subject if be admitted of the students, the board will be borne for the responsibility of it. Relevant Intuitional head would be borne of its liability. 

21. (a) During the period of admission, the original academic transcript/marks sheet of S.S.C/equivalent of the students will be deposited to the college authority. Without depositing of the original transcript/marks sheet, to any student at any stage  could not be made admission and deposited original transcript/marks sheet, without the permission of the board, there could not be return to the students. But any student without the clearance certificate, admission in the college or if be passed of the Higher Secondary Examination, his original academic transcript/marks sheet would be returned.

(b)   Deposited original academic transcript/marks sheet and filled up S.I.S. paragraph 11(GA) and 11(UMA), within the mentioned dated, there would be deposited to the college inspector.

22. In the internal examination of the college or in the Higher Secondary Examination of the Board, failed male female students, with the next session male female students  and as per rule in same of the college (admitted college) and through it would be participated in the examination.

23.As per existing rules of the college, without the prior permission of the board, admitted any student in the eleventh class, there could not be issued any of the clearance certificate or due to issued clearance certificate, there could not be admitted. But in any Govt./non-Govt. Organization service holder father or mother and due to the cause of transfer, to issue any clearance certificate or to do admission, there would not be needed any prior permission of the board. In this case, transfer order of the transferred officer will be shown and by it, there would be shown of the clearance certificate and in the new work place would be shown of the joining letter and the students would be made admission in any institution  in the transferred work place. But the college authority, within 15(fifteen) days for such kind of admitted students, there would be submitted of the necessary documents including the registration fee to the college inspector.

24. Through the clearance certificate from any other board,  admitted students to this board and within 15(fifteen) days of admission, for to make registration in this board, registration fee in properly, attested photocopy of the clearance certificate and 3(three) copies of the form description and including one of the journal to the college inspector. Principal registration card of the old board if be submitted in this board, for only in this case, to the relevant students, there would be given registration. It is mentioned that under this board of the colleges, through the clearance certificate, in any college, to the admitted students, there would not be given registration fee again.
25. During the given of clearance certificate, to the relevant education year, in the reading subject and in the class of the students/subject wise total held number of classes and number of presence of the students, there would be mentioned in the clearance certificate in clearly.

26. Supplied by the board, in the application of the college change and with the reading subjects of the of the relevant students in the college and the reading subjects of the transferred college, if there is found any kind of similarity, in this case, in the application letter, there would be made recommendation and to be put signature. Otherwise, all of the liability would be borne by the relevant head of the college.

27. Always to be mentioned of the own college code while contracting with the Education Board.
