Remarks : The land was sold due to needed cash money of the seller and the buyer was paid Tk.85,00,000.00 (eighty five lac) taka to the seller and as such the deed was executed on the dated 04/01/2000 AD.

Old D.I.T. at present  Rajdhani  Unnayan Katripakha of its Lay Out Plan Banani Residential area "J" Block 18 No.  Road 31 No. Plot 1980 (Nineteen hundred eight) ajutansa or 12(twelve) katha homestead upon of it constructed 3-storied building including the building with house is sold to you by the deed. Of which boundary : to the North – Plot No. 30,  to the South – Road, to the East – 16 No. Road Plot No. 21 and to the West – Road. Of which yearly rent is collected by the Assistant Commissioner (Land) Tejgaon Circle in the relevant Tahsil Office.
