Bangladesh, Permanent Address: Village- Kharghor, P.O- Borail, P.S- Nabinagar, Dist- B. Baria, by profession business as Director, and Chief Operating Officer of S. M. S. Feed Ltd, by faith: Islam, Nationality: Bangladeshi by birth, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:

1. That I am permanent resident and citizen of Bangladesh by birth.

2. That Md. Anamul Hasan, Date of Birth: 30/ 10/ 1988, Passport No: AD 5422923, is my cousin and I am his elder brother, he intends to go Canada, for higher studies in the course of Msc in Civil Engineering at University of Manitoba for winter 2013 term.

3. That I unequivocally declare ensure to remit towards my cousin for all the expenses which will be required for his higher study (in case of necessary).

4. That I am financially fully solvent, sufficient and enough to meet up all the expenses which will be incurred in connection with his study in Canada from following financial positions:
